WABO Roofing Systems is HIRING IMMEDIATELY for Roofing Sales Representatives!
Our Roofing Sales Representatives work in a collaborative team environment to help property owners and neighbors get premium roofing solutions with the best customer experience around.
No experience necessary to apply - our Roofing Sales Representatives train extensively through our in-house Veteran Shadow Program!
You'll work with industry experts to learn the specifics of roofing components and the sales process to be fully equipped to serve clients to the highest degree possible.
Our Sales Representatives earn $75k-$140k in their first year!

What You'll Bring:
- Must have a valid Drivers License
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be willing to undergo a background check
- Must have reliable communication (smart phone preferred)
- Must be comfortable getting on a roof
- Door-to-door experience preferred
- Full time availability required
Job Responsibilities and Description:
This position revolves around identifying roofing needs for clients and property owners and working with them in a consultative setting within their home or business to assist with initial action items to begin work on their project.
Our Roofing Sales Representatives are trained to specialize in Storm Damage Restoration and to work with insurance carriers, as well as retail sales projects initiated by clients.
Roofing Sales Representatives will be expected to meet minimum standards of performance and present themselves with integrity and professionalism at every appointment.
Self generated leads will be expected each month as our teams live by the principle that the success of one allows for the success of many.
Pay & Benefits
Pay: $75,000-$140,000/yr
