About the Opportunity
Pristine Painters is expanding its network of skilled, independent painting professionals to support ongoing residential and commercial projects across New York City. We are looking to partner with reliable subcontractors—either individual painters or established crews—who take pride in their work and are equipped to manage jobs efficiently and professionally.
This is a subcontractor opportunity, not a full-time employment position. Ideal for licensed and insured professionals seeking consistent, project-based assignments.
What We’ll Need to Know
Our short qualification form helps us understand your capabilities and determine if we're a good fit to work together. It covers:
Your business details – name, location, and structure
Professional experience – how long you’ve been in the painting trade
Licensing – current DCA license status
Insurance coverage – confirmation of general liability and workers’ compensation
Tools and equipment – such as ladders, drop cloths, brushes, and other essentials
Transportation – your team’s ability to reliably get to and from job sites
Work capacity – how many 1-bedroom units your crew can typically complete in a week

Operates a licensed and insured painting business
Maintains high standards for workmanship, cleanliness, and reliability
Brings your own equipment, team, and transportation
Has the capacity to take on consistent project-based work
