While experience in painting or construction is a plus, we are primarily looking for someone with the "soft skills" to lead: great communication, a sense of urgency, and a customer-first mindset. What You’ll Do : - Bridge the Gap: Act as the primary link between our painting crews and our customers, ensuring clear communication and total satisfaction. - Project Leadership: Create work orders, review project plans with crews, and supervise multiple job sites simultaneously. - Resource Management: Order materials, track expenses, and manage budgets to ensure every project is profitable and high-quality. - On-Site Excellence: Conduct daily site visits to communicate progress to stakeholders and troubleshoot any issues in real-time. - Build Trust: Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and prospective customers.
