We’re looking for a detail-oriented AP/Billing Coordinator to support our accounting and customer service operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent service to both internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities
Perform accurate data entry into company systems
Manage invoicing and billing processes for clients
Assist with accounts payable and account reconciliations
Support the accounting team with administrative and reporting tasks
Handle incoming customer calls and billing inquiries
Assist with account setup and maintenance
Provide excellent internal and external customer service
Qualifications
Experience using QuickBooks
Strong data entry and attention to detail
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Customer service experience handling calls and problem resolution
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage numbers and financial data daily
Requirements
Able to commute full-time to the office in Lewisville, TX
Fluent in English (bilingual preferred)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
