Production Manager

Honest Brothers Painting is hiring a Production Manager in Hudson, NH, earning $70,000 per year + bonus incentives based on experience and performance. You will lead 5 to 7 residential painting crews at a time, with a steady pipeline of booked projects waiting for you.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Communicate with clients when new projects come in and provide daily updates

• Maintain and organize client info in the CRM and create work orders

• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new subcontractors

• Build monthly schedules for subs and clients

• Oversee production on 5 to 7 crews, including jobsite setups and quality control

• Perform final walkthroughs and handle job costing in spreadsheets
