Elite Dispatcher (Future Leader – Scheduling & Operations)

J Bell Services is hiring an Elite Dispatcher in Dallas, TX to run our daily schedule for sprinkler, irrigation, and landscape lighting crews. Pay is $22 to $25 per hour, plus a monthly bonus of $300 to $600. You need dispatching or service based experience and a strong handle on logistics, routing, and scheduling.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Run the daily schedule in Housecall Pro and keep technicians moving with minimal downtime.

• Communicate with technicians and adjust the plan in real time.

• Confirm appointments early to prevent scheduling issues.

• Handle customer communication by email, text, and phone, explaining services clearly.
