About This Role
Final Phase Construction is hiring a Journeyman Finish Carpenter based out of Rancho Cucamonga, CA with travel throughout the Western U.S. This is a full-time seasonal role paying $30 to $40 per hour with paid travel time, per diem, and mileage reimbursement. You will install fixtures, millwork, and finish carpentry in grocery stores, big-box retailers, and retail malls.

What You Will Do Each Day
Install commercial metal fixtures including gondola shelving, display units, wall standards, and structural supports
Perform finish carpentry including modular cabinets, countertops, wood base, trim, and wall paneling
Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and layout plans to ensure accurate placement and alignment
Install FRP wainscot, restroom accessories, toilet partitions, and plywood backing for future fixture mounting
Hang sales floor display fixtures, artwork, signage supports, and decor elements
Coordinate with project managers and other trades to meet project timelines
