Commercial Pesticide Applicator

Legacy Land Pros is hiring a full-time Commercial Pesticide Applicator in Salem, OH at $24 to $26 per hour. You'll need a valid Ohio Commercial Pesticide Applicator license (or the ability to earn one shortly after hire, we'll support you through it) plus at least 1 year of experience applying chemicals with a ride-on spreader and sprayer. You'll run our lawn applications division largely on your own and help shape it as we expand.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticide treatments safely and accurately on residential and commercial properties.

• Diagnose weeds, disease, insect damage, and soil issues, then recommend the right treatment plan.

• Operate, clean, and maintain ride-on, backpack, and handheld application equipment.

• Follow label instructions, mixing ratios, and state regulations, and keep accurate application records.

• Talk directly with customers, answer their questions, and build trust that keeps them coming back.

• Manage your daily route with our crew scheduling app on your phone.
