Accounting & Finance VA

J Bell Services is hiring a remote Accounting and Finance VA to support our team in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Pay is $5 to $6 per hour, based on your accounting experience and interview. You need a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and hands-on work in payables, receivables, and bank reconciliation, because you will be the person who catches the duplicate charge or the missing deposit before it turns into a real problem.

• We are hiring an Accounting and Finance VA to help guard the money side of the business, not just enter data.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Monitor payables, including bills, vendor payments, subscriptions, and payment schedules.

• Track receivables, including customer payments, unpaid invoices, balances, and follow-ups.

• Review bank accounts and flag unusual transactions, missing deposits, or duplicate charges.

• Perform bank reconciliations and match payments, deposits, invoices, and expenses.

• Prepare simple financial summaries and cash flow updates for management.

• Coordinate with the bookkeeper, CPA, payroll team, and management.
