Position Overview

Sparkle Wash Truck Wash is looking for dependable and motivated individuals to join our team as a Wash Bay Technician with Leadership Potential. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants the opportunity to grow into leadership roles within the company.

Wash Bay Technicians are responsible for cleaning trucks, trailers, and equipment while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Employees who demonstrate reliability, initiative, and strong work ethic may have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and advance into leadership positions.

Key Responsibilities

Technician Responsibilities

• Wash trucks, trailers, and equipment using pressure washing equipment and cleaning solutions

• Follow proper washing procedures to ensure high-quality results and protect customer equipment

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the wash bay and surrounding work areas

• Assist with minor equipment maintenance and report repair needs

• Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective equipment

• Provide professional and friendly customer service

• Work efficiently as part of a team to maintain workflow

• Assist coworkers when needed to keep operations running smoothly

Leadership Development Opportunities

Technicians who demonstrate strong performance may begin assisting with leadership tasks such as:

• Helping coordinate workflow within the wash bay

• Assisting with training new technicians

• Supporting shift leaders in maintaining productivity and quality standards

• Helping maintain a safe and organized work environment

• Setting a positive example for team members

Compensation

• Pay Range: $15.35 – $21.00 per hour

• Pay is based on experience, hourly wage, and earned commission opportunities

Schedule

Multiple shifts are available:

1st Shift

• Monday – Friday

• 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• Includes every other Saturday from 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM

2nd Shift

• Monday – Friday

• 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM

• Includes every other Saturday from 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Hours may vary depending on business needs.
