Office Assistant

4 Seasons Softwash is hiring an Office Assistant in Portland, OR, starting at $21.5 an hour for training with a path to $25 an hour within your first year and salary pay for top performers. You will be the voice of the company—handling calls, scheduling jobs, managing invoices, and helping educate potential clients on our exterior cleaning services. What You Will Do Each Day:

• Schedule jobs and coordinate the day-to-day calendar for the team.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care.

• Manage invoicing and keep billing accurate and on time.

• Track KPIs and report on key business metrics to support growth.

• Educate potential clients on 4 Seasons Softwash services and close virtual estimates over the phone.

• Handle COI requests and other administrative tasks as needed.
