About This Role
Bill Ragan Roofing Company is hiring a Roofing Advisor in Nashville, TN. This is a full-time, onsite role with a $50,000 base salary plus commission and on-target earnings of $90,000 to $110,000 or more per year. You will visit homeowners for scheduled roof assessments, educate them on their options, and help them make confident decisions, no cold calling, no door knocking, and no high-pressure sales.

What You Will Do Each Day
Visit homeowners for scheduled roof assessments (no cold calling or door knocking)
Follow a step-by-step consultation process from first visit through follow-up
Explain roof conditions and options in plain language so homeowners feel informed, not pressured
Tell homeowners honestly when they do not need a new roof or any work at all
Create and send estimates using company templates and tools
Keep the CRM updated with notes, photos, and next steps after every appointment
