What You Will Do Each Day

• Wash residential houses, roofs, sidewalks, driveways, patios, and pool decks using softwash and pressure washing methods

• Work safely on ladders and roofs while maintaining quality and efficiency

• Communicate clearly with customers in a professional and friendly way

• Maintain clean, organized job sites and take pride in your work

• Work alongside a team and grow into a Lead Technician role within 2–6 months

Physical Requirements

• Able to sit or stand for prolonged periods

• Comfortable working on roofs

• Comfortable working on ladders

• Comfortable working with ladders and pressure washing equipment

• Able to lift 50+ lbs

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in professional exterior cleaning (roofs, windows, gutters, etc.)

• Positive attitude

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to pass a background check

• Comfortable talking with customers and explaining services
