Job Requirements: • Assist with surface preparation and apply painting techniques with minimal supervision. • Proficient in hand sanding, scraping, caulking, and caulk removal. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment. • Follow safety protocols. • Experienced with ladder usage and comfortable working at heights. • Ability to cut in, clean lines, and perform sharp taping and masking. • Skilled in rolling walls, brushing ceilings, and painting trim, doors, and frames. • Reliable transportation to and from the shop and ability to lift over 50 lbs overhead.
