Landscape Crew Lead

Legacy Land Pros is hiring a Landscape Crew Lead in Salem, OH, paying $19 to $22 per hour based on experience. We need someone with hands-on landscaping experience in mulching, bed prep, pruning, and planting, plus proven ability to lead a crew. You will be in the field doing the work while running the day, not managing from a truck.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Lead a crew in the field, setting the standard for quality.

• Perform and oversee mulching, bed prep, pruning, planting, and edging.

• Read job plans and organize your crew and materials.

• Manage the daily schedule and time tracking on your smartphone.

• Train and mentor crew members.

• Check equipment and keep tools and vehicles maintained.
