Sales Representative

Above and Beyond Tree and Shrubbery Service Inc. is hiring an Outside Sales Representative in South Bend, IN. Pay runs $70,000 to $140,000 per year, built on base pay plus 4 percent uncapped commission (with room to reach 6 percent). We need someone with proven outside sales experience in tree care, landscaping, or a related home-services field who can turn warm leads into booked estimates face to face.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Meet homeowners and business owners in person to turn warm leads into booked estimates

• Assess residential and commercial tree work, including removal, pruning, and plant health

• Prospect the neighborhoods around each job with door-to-door outreach (the five-around approach)

• Coordinate with operations to schedule crews and keep projects moving on time
