Lead Painter

Full Circle Painting is hiring a Lead Painter in Central Massachusetts, with pay of $28 to $35 per hour based on experience, leadership ability, and quality. You will lead, coordinate, and supervise painting crews on residential interior and exterior projects, holding the line on quality and helping build a strong company culture.

• You bring at least five years of experience leading painters on residential projects, strong communication and craftsmanship, a valid driver's license, English speaking ability, and the legal right to work in the United States. OSHA training and Spanish or Portuguese are pluses.

• Lead, coordinate, and supervise painting crews on residential interior and exterior projects.

• Ensure clean, organized, and professional job sites throughout each job.

• Train and mentor painters as needed to develop the team.
