NC Paint Pros is hiring a Crew Lead in Thomasville, NC. This is a full-time, onsite W2 position starting at $23 to $26 per hour with room for growth. You will lead a painting crew on residential projects, ensuring every job meets the high standards that have built our reputation over 20 years of word-of-mouth referrals.

What You Will Do Each Day
Lead your crew through residential painting projects from prep through final walkthrough
Assign tasks, manage workflow, and ensure every surface is finished to a high-quality standard
Execute and oversee clean, precise cut-ins, trim work, and detail finishing
Select appropriate paint products and colors based on project specifications
Communicate with homeowners professionally and deliver excellent customer service
Maintain a clean, organized job site and hold your crew to the same standard
