A Sales Manager at That 1 Painter both estimates and manages all their jobs and is ultimately responsible for every lead, customer, and project they are assigned. The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving the revenue targets of the location, maintaining consistent profitably, and achieving an excellent reputation within the That 1 Painter territory among its customers.

● Monday-Friday, Full-Time Position
● PTO and Holiday Pay
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
● Recruit and manage subcontractors
● Estimating on-site with potential customers
● Estimating virtually with potential clients as needed
● Accurately estimating labor and materials on the quote and submitting the quote to the customer within 24 hours
● Following up with all quotes seven times within six months or until approved/rejected
● Scheduling approved estimates in accordance with GM guidance
● Collecting deposits before the start of each job
● Upselling clients on additional services
● Communicating with customers concerning color and other basic preparations before the job starts
● Ensure jobs are appropriately staffed and materials
● Communicating with Project Managers as needed after the job starts
● Attending and contributing at all staff meetings
● Pursuing strategic relationships on behalf of That 1 Painter (realtors, property managers, etc.)
● Ensure projects are kept on schedule and within budget while meeting clients' needs and delivering a quality project.
● Help problem-solve with crew leads if problems arise on any project.
● Generate schedules and plans of operation for painting projects.
● Upsell additional services to ongoing projects/customers.
● Identify potential issues and ensure timely decisions are made.
● Network and promote That 1 Painter.
● Pursue strategic relationships on behalf of That 1 Painter (realtors, property managers, roofers, etc…)
Compensation Package:
● Training salary during the first six weeks
● 9% commission on sold projects
● Monthly Bonuses
● Yearly Bonuses
● Gas Card
Pay: $150,000-$200,000/yr
