Production Manager / General Manager

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Production Manager / General Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our insulation service teams. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership ability, a detail-oriented mindset, and a passion for operational excellence. The right candidate will ensure that all projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards — while maintaining excellent communication with both clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily insulation operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

- Lead, train, and develop team members to maintain high performance, safety, and professionalism.

- Coordinate directly with clients to understand project requirements and deliver tailored insulation solutions.

- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Manage inventory, materials, and supply orders to support ongoing and upcoming projects.

- Monitor project performance and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.

- Foster a positive, safety-focused work culture that aligns with company values.

Qualifications & Experience

- 5–7 years of experience in a production, operations, or management role within the insulation or construction industry.

- Proven track record of managing teams, schedules, and budgets effectively.

- Strong understanding of insulation products, installation methods, and safety standards.

- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.

- Ability to adapt quickly, multitask, and perform under pressure.
