Maintenance Technician

Umbrella Property Services is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Mokena, IL, paying $28 to $34 per hour. You need hands-on maintenance experience (commercial or residential) and a valid driver's license. You will keep commercial buildings safe and running, and figure out why something broke in the first place, not just patch it.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Handle general facility maintenance including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and handyman work.

• Respond to work orders and show up at client sites ready to work.

• Diagnose why something failed, then fix the cause.

• Keep buildings tidy, safe, and functioning the way they should.

• Work alongside crew leads, techs, and the ops team.
