Bilingual Irrigation Service Technician

J Bell Services is hiring a Bilingual Irrigation Service Technician in Dallas, TX. This is a full-time, onsite role paying $20 to $25 per hour with quarterly performance bonuses. You will be the face of the company in the field, communicating with homeowners in English and Spanish while supporting irrigation service calls across the DFW Metroplex.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Communicate with homeowners in English and Spanish to explain service findings and recommend solutions

• Support irrigation service calls with troubleshooting, inspections, and basic repairs

• Present upgrade opportunities and service options to customers in the field

• Work alongside a repair-focused technician to deliver both technical results and a great customer experience

• Document job notes, photos, and updates in the CRM

• Maintain a clean truck, professional appearance, and organized job site
