Business Development Specialist

AAA HealthSource Home Care Service is hiring a full-time Business Development Specialist in Brooklyn, NY, with on-target earnings of $75,000 to $200,000 per year through a commission structure plus referral bonuses. We need someone with healthcare sales, outreach, or client intake experience and an existing book of business or provider contacts across New York City. Your days are spent connecting families who need home care or infusion services with the clinical team that will look after them.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Track referral progress from first contact to start of care.

• Check in on client satisfaction and keep your referral sources updated.
