Our goal is to become the enterprise standard for aftercare across private-equity backed aesthetic platforms, dermatology groups, and multi-location medspa networks.
Instead of selling to individual clinics one at a time, we partner directly with platform operators who control dozens or hundreds of clinic locations.
These partnerships allow Crushed Aftercare to become embedded inside the operating systems of major aesthetic platforms, creating standardized aftercare programs across entire clinic networks and generating recurring reorder demand across hundreds of locations.
We are hiring a Director of Business Development to lead enterprise platform partnerships and help scale Crushed Aftercare into the infrastructure layer for aesthetic aftercare.
This role is focused exclusively on enterprise platform sales — not individual clinic selling.
The Mission
Crushed Aftercare exists to raise the standard of aftercare in aesthetic medicine.
Every day, thousands of patients leave medspas, dermatology clinics, and aesthetic practices with inconsistent or inadequate aftercare guidance. Clinics focus heavily on treatments, but the recovery phase — the part that protects results and patient experience — is often fragmented or overlooked.
We are building the infrastructure that fixes this.
Our goal is to become the standardized aftercare system for aesthetic platforms across North America, embedded inside the operating systems of multi-location clinic groups.
Instead of every clinic solving aftercare differently, Crushed Aftercare partners directly with aesthetic platforms to deploy consistent, high-quality aftercare programs across entire networks of clinics.
This role helps secure those platform partnerships.
When successful, Crushed Aftercare becomes the default aftercare partner across leading aesthetic groups, ensuring patients receive consistent care, clinics improve outcomes, and platforms scale with standardized systems.
Over the next three years, the goal is to embed Crushed Aftercare across multiple large aesthetic groups, creating:
Recurring reorder demand across hundreds of clinic locations
Standardized aftercare programs inside platform operating systems
A repeatable enterprise sales motion that adds new platforms annually
A +$12M / year revenue business built on enterprise partnerships and recurring supply
The Problem This Role Solves
Crushed Aftercare already has the manufacturing capacity, infrastructure, and product line to supply large-scale aesthetic platforms.
The bottleneck is enterprise access and deal execution.
This role solves that constraint by securing corporate-level partnerships with multi-location aesthetic platforms and converting those relationships into standardized aftercare programs deployed across entire clinic networks.
What You Will Do
Sell white label aftercare solutions at the corporate/platform level
Secure multi-location agreements with aesthetic platforms, dermatology groups, and medspa chains
Navigate enterprise buying processes across VP Operations, COO, Procurement, and Clinical leadership
Build relationships with private-equity backed aesthetic platforms and multi-location operators
Lead enterprise negotiations and close platform-wide supply agreements
Develop repeatable rollout strategies across acquired clinic locations
Help scale Crushed Aftercare into the default aftercare vendor across large aesthetic groups

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Existing relationships with senior decision makers inside medspa or aesthetic platforms
3+ years selling into enterprise or multi-location aesthetic operators
Proven history closing $50K–$100K+ monthly contracts ($500K - $1.2MM ACV)
Experience securing multi-location supply agreements
Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and platform procurement

We are looking for someone who already has access to platform decision-makers.
Compensation & Upside
$80,000 USD base salary
10% commission on closed deals
Tiered monthly performance bonuses
Ongoing 5% residual commission on all reorders from accounts you originate

Enterprise platform partnerships generate recurring revenue across dozens of clinic locations.
Once an aftercare program becomes standardized across a platform, reorder demand compounds as clinics continue purchasing.
Top performers in this role will significantly exceed base salary as accounts scale across multiple locations.
Pay: $80,000-$200,000/yr
