Royal Coatings is hiring a Floor Coating Technician in Ottawa, ON. Pay is CAD20 to CAD30 per hour depending on experience, with a clear path from part-time to full-time as the crew grows. You will grind concrete, apply epoxy and polyaspartic coatings, and turn bare garages and warehouses into floors that last. Who We Are: • We are an Ottawa epoxy and polyaspartic floor coating company serving homes, commercial warehouses, and large specialty projects. • We run a small, hands-on operation where your work gets noticed. • We use a superior two-day system because we take the time to do the job right and never cut corners. • We are building a reliable crew and want people who are good to work with and want to grow with us. What You Will Do Each Day: • Arrive on site by 7:30 to 8am and work alongside one or two crew members and the site lead. • Diamond grind concrete floors to prep the surface. • Patch cracks and imperfections before coating. • Mix and apply epoxy and polyaspartic coatings. • Broadcast decorative flake or quartz into wet coatings. • Clean and load equipment at the end of the day.
