What You Will Do Each Day • Prep substrates by pulling old flooring, patching cracks, and pouring self leveling compound. • Lay out and install commercial LVT, managing starting lines, racking patterns, and waste. • Template vinyl sheet around fixtures, then groove rout, weld rod, and skive seams flush. • Install base and trim, clear the punch list, and flag plan conflicts with the superintendent.
