Painter (Multi Housing)
Seeking immediate hire! Steady work, Competitive salary, great earning potential and benefits! Essential Job Functions: -Turnover Painting - multiple locations across the Metro - Paint interior of apartments / townhomes after tenants move out and before new renters move in -Prepare walls & surfaces to be painted, Paint walls, ceilings, woodwork using brush, roller, and occasional spray equipment. -Perform basic to advanced wall & ceiling repairs Job Benefits Available: Health plan, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, Holiday pay ***We provide all Equipment, Supplies & Training!*** Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday
