Marine Mechanic
Keep boats on the water with precision and pride! Professional Marine is hiring experienced Marine Mechanics to join our full-service team in the Hayden/Coeur d'Alene, Idaho area. Who We Are: - Professional Marine is a full-service marine center dedicated to quality parts and friendly service. - We provide boat repair, mechanical work, maintenance, winterization, storage, and mobile marine services. - We value integrity, people-first service, and uncompromising quality. What You Will Do Each Day: - Diagnose and repair inboards, outboards, and sterndrives (MerCruiser/Volvo Penta). - Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, rebuilds, and major repairs as needed. - Troubleshoot marine electrical issues, fuel delivery, cooling/overheat, no-start, and performance problems. - Document findings with clear notes/photos and communicate with service advisors. - Recommend necessary repairs ethically for safety and reliability. Why You'll Love Working Here: - Pay from $35/hr+ DOE plus a quarterly bonus tied to quality and productivity. - Overtime available with pre-approval. - Benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO, sick days, and training/certification support.
