Pay Range: $600 – $1,500 per week (no cap on commissions) Pay Schedule: Weekly Lead Canvasser (Gutter Sales) Company: Flag Gutter Hiring: 1–10 Lead Canvassers (Building a Canvasser Army) Pay Structure: Hourly + performance-based commissions Base Pay: $15/hour (raises available after 90-day review) Reports To: Office Manager Experience: Prior canvassing or sales experience preferred Position Overview Flag Gutter is hiring motivated Lead Canvassers to identify homeowners who need new gutter installations or gutter cleanings and book inspections for our sales team. This is a perfect role for someone looking to break into sales without the pressure of selling or closing. Your job is simple: talk to homeowners, identify interest, and book gutter inspections. This is NOT a job where you can sit back and be complacent at an hourly wage. You must hustle, hit activity requirements, and earn performance pay. If you consistently fail to meet expectations, you will be let go for poor performance. Daily Performance Expectations (Non-Negotiable) • 100 doors knocked per day • Minimum of 1 booked appointment per day • Consistent effort and professionalism required Pay Structure – Weekly (Hourly + Commission Combined) All Lead Canvassers are paid weekly and earn a combination of hourly base pay plus booked appointment bonuses. Base Pay • $15 per hour • Opportunity for raises after a 90-day performance review Booked Appointment Bonus Pay • The first 5 booked appointments in a week are designed to cover your hourly base pay • Appointments 6–12: $75 each Super Bonus Tier (After 12 Total Booked Appointments in a Week) Once you hit 12 booked appointments in a week, you unlock the Super Bonus Tier: • Appointments 6–12 are retroactively increased to $100 each • Every booked appointment after 12 pays $150 each • No cap on commissions Additional Bonuses Installed Job Bonus • If one of your booked appointments turns into an installed job over $7,000, you earn an additional $150 bonus • Bonuses are paid for booked appointments (not completed installs) Rainy Day Leads • If a homeowner isn’t ready to book but shares a phone number for follow-up • $10 per Rainy Day Lead • Helps build your pipeline for future installs Example Weekly Earnings (Hourly + Bonuses Combined) (Examples assume a 40-hour week @ $15/hr = $600 base pay.) 5 Booked Appointments • Base pay: $600 • Appointment bonuses: $0 • Total: $600 8 Booked Appointments • Base pay: $600 • Appointment bonuses: 3 × $75 = $225 • Total: $825 12 Booked Appointments • Base pay: $600 • Appointment bonuses: 7 × $75 = $525 • Total: $1125 14 Booked Appointments (Super Bonus Tier) • Base pay: $600 • Appointment bonuses: • Appointments 6–12: 7 × $100 = $700 (retroactive) • Appointments 13–14: 2 × $150 = $300 • Total bonuses: $1,000 • Total pay: $1,600 (and still no cap) 14 Booked Appointments + 1 Installed Job Over $7,000 • Total pay: $1,600 • Job bonus: $150 • Total: $1,750 Responsibilities • Canvass residential neighborhoods • Knock doors and engage homeowners professionally • Identify homeowners who need new gutters or gutter cleanings • Book gutter inspections for the sales team • Accurately collect homeowner contact info • Maintain a clean, professional appearance • Represent Flag Gutter professionally • Stay consistent through rejection (numbers game) Requirements • Prior canvassing/door-to-door/sales experience preferred • Confident communicator with strong people skills • Trustworthy and reliable • Clean, professional appearance • Comfortable with repetitive rejection • Self-motivated, competitive, goal-oriented Growth Opportunity • Entry-level sales role (no closing pressure) • Strong performers can be promoted to the Flag Gutter sales team • Coaching, accountability, and support from the management team • Raises available after 90-day review based on performance Apply today if you’re ready to hustle, hit activity goals, and earn real performance pay.
