Thru Glass Cleaning Co. is hiring an Admin Manager in Petoskey, MI, paying $18 to 24 per hour. You have experience in customer service, office coordination, scheduling, or light bookkeeping. You will be the first voice our customers hear and the person who makes sure every job gets answered, finished, paid for, and remembered. Who You Are: • You are the kind of person customers trust the moment you pick up the phone, warm and clear and never pushy. • You take pride in owning a result and chasing it down without waiting to be told. • You love staying on top of dozens of open threads at once and never letting one slip through. • You believe good service includes asking for the review and the repeat booking, because it comes naturally, not as a hard sell. • You bring comfort with numbers, since invoicing, overdue balances, and weekly reporting are part of the daily work. • You bring the ability to pick up scheduling, CRM, and office software quickly. Who We Are: • We are an exterior-care company looking after some of the finest homes in Northern Michigan. • We handle window cleaning, house washing, roof and gutter care, and seasonal home watch. • We are a small team with a high standard. We do the work right and treat every property like it matters. What You Will Do Each Day: • Answer every call, email, text, and request form the same business day, so nothing sits overnight. • Follow up on every job, confirm the customer is happy, and ask for the review. • Catch problems early and escalate anything negative the same day. • Stay in touch with past customers and rebook them when the schedule has room. • Send invoices, follow up on what is owed, and flag any balance that stalls. • Compile and send the weekly sales and marketing reporting pack, accurate and on time.
