Who We Are • Red Squirrel Operations provides window cleaning, gutter cleaning and guard installation, power washing, seasonal cleanups, and basic painting • We take pride in delivering what we promise and treating customers with respect • We use a CRM system to track leads, follow-ups, and sales performance What You Will Do Each Day • Generate and nurture leads, follow up with prospects, and set appointments • Create accurate estimates using measurements and square footage calculations • Present solutions, negotiate, and close deals while maintaining a great customer experience • Keep all activity organized in the CRM and collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth project delivery Why You’ll Love Working Here • Performance-based compensation (commission-heavy) with OTE equivalent to ~$25–$30/hour • Clear goals, coaching, and growth opportunities for strong performers • A fast-paced, team-oriented environment for self-motivated sellers Requirements • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Comfortable with a commission-based / commission-heavy pay structure • Sales experience preferred (home services or door-to-door sales is a plus) • Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods • Tech-fluent, including estimating software, basic measurements, and square footage calculations • Fluent in English
