Swanson's Painting is hiring a Painting Crew Lead in Milford, OH. Pay is $25 to $35 per hour, full time, and we need someone with hands-on painting experience and real experience managing a crew. You will run residential and light commercial painting projects from the field, leading the team while working right alongside them. Who You Are: • You take pride in a finish so clean the customer notices details no one asked you to handle. • You are honest to the core, with your crew and with the customer. • You are the leader a crew wants to follow, setting the pace instead of watching the clock. • You are a clear communicator who keeps customers informed and at ease. • You bring light carpentry skills such as drywall repair, plus the ability to work outside in the heat and on ladders. • You bring reliable transportation, a home base in the Greater Cincinnati area, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen. What You Will Do Each Day: • Lead daily jobsite operations, assign tasks, and keep the crew on schedule. • Inspect and prepare surfaces, including cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming. • Check finished work against our quality standards before the customer sees it. • Update customers, answer questions, and make sure they are happy start to finish. • Enforce safety protocols and keep an organized jobsite. • Train new team members and track materials to minimize waste.
