You'll operate pressure washing and soft washing equipment, interact directly with customers, and take pride in leaving every property looking its best. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record are required. Who You Are: • You take pride in being professional, punctual, and presentable at every job site. • You are reliable and show up on time, ready to deliver quality work. • You are comfortable working at heights and on ladders up to 30 feet. • You are able to work outside in most weather conditions. • You are able to lift up to 50 lbs and work with your hands. • You are able to work Monday through Friday with one weekend day of overtime. • You are fluent in English and communicate clearly with customers. • You bring a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation to our office in Mount Pleasant, SC. What You Will Do Each Day: • Perform soft washing, pressure washing, and exterior cleaning on residential and commercial properties. • Clean surfaces including siding, roofs, windows, gutters, driveways, decks, and concrete. • Set up and operate commercial-grade pressure washing and soft wash equipment safely. • Mix and apply cleaning solutions per company standards. • Protect plants, outlets, and sensitive surfaces before and during cleaning. • Conduct a thorough walk-around with the customer upon job completion to ensure satisfaction. • Maintain and care for equipment, vehicles, and supplies. • Represent Seaside Pro Wash professionally at every job site.
