Painter
ProPainters Is Hiring—Grow a Real Career, Not Just a Job. Weekly Pay • Gas Card • Paid Holidays • Year-Round Work - Flexible scheduling - Clear advancement: Apprentice → Painter → Lead → Crew Leader → Estimator/PM - Mentorship - Quarterly/Annual reviews with raises tied to skill growth & Value Badges - Company truck/van use (crew leads) - Branded gear (shirts, hats, jackets) - Team lunches + 1st-Monday breakfast - Appreciation events - Paid drive time in between jobs & local work. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in painting residential and/or commercial properties, a strong work ethic, and an eye for detail. Responsibilities: - Prepare surfaces by washing, scraping, sanding, and applying primer as needed - Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces - Protect furniture, flooring, and fixtures with drop cloths or masking tape - Mix and match paint colors to specifications - Operate painting tools and equipment safely - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines Qualifications: - Previous painting experience preferred (residential or commercial) - Knowledge of various painting techniques and materials - Ability to climb ladders and work at heights - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality - Reliable transportation and punctuality
