The Role As a Sales Representative (Project Consultant), you are responsible for generating profitable revenue. You will: • Run in-home and virtual consultations • Diagnose homeowner needs • Build accurate, margin-protected estimates • Close projects on the first visit whenever possible • Follow up consistently • Maintain CRM discipline Average project value: approximately $6,500 Top performers close 8–12 projects per month. This is a hybrid role. You manage your schedule and pipeline and are measured by results.
