As an Attic/Crawl Space Field Technician, you will help restore and improve indoor air quality for residential and commercial customers across the Aurora-area service region. Who We Are: • Full-service indoor air quality and pest management company providing air duct cleaning, crawl space/attic restoration, mold remediation, dryer vent cleaning, insulation services, and pest remediation. • Based in Aurora, Oregon and serving communities across Oregon and Washington. • Team-focused shop that trains and cross-trains technicians for varied work days. What You Will Do Each Day: • Perform crawl space and attic restoration tasks including vapor barriers and insulation installs. • Use equipment safely and keep job sites clean and organized. • Communicate with the crew and customers to complete work orders. • Perform pest management routes. Requirements: • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. • Reliable transportation to the Aurora, OR facility. • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor. • Comfortable working in tight, confined spaces. • Able to work full-time. • Experience in duct cleaning, restoration, mold, or similar work is preferred • Team-player attitude: positive, coachable, growth-minded.
