Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Project Coordinator Sucro Painting | Torrance, CA | Full-Time | In-Person About Sucro Painting Sucro Painting is a premier residential painting company serving homeowners throughout the South Bay and surrounding communities. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an organized, customer-focused professional to help coordinate projects and ensure every client receives an exceptional experience. Position Overview The Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Project Coordinator is the primary point of contact for homeowners once their project is scheduled. This role is responsible for coordinating project logistics, maintaining communication with clients and production staff, and ensuring every painting project stays organized from start to finish. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, staying organized, and keeping multiple projects moving simultaneously. Responsibilities • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their painting project. • Schedule projects and coordinate calendars with production staff and customers. • Confirm paint colors, project details, and scheduling information prior to project start. • Communicate schedule updates and project milestones with homeowners. • Coordinate with project managers, estimators, painters, and subcontractors. • Maintain accurate job files and update information within JobTread CRM. • Monitor project progress and assist with resolving scheduling or customer concerns. • Process change orders, invoices, and project documentation. • Follow up with customers after project completion to ensure satisfaction. • Assist with warranty requests and service scheduling. • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails promptly and professionally. • Support the Operations and Production teams with administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong customer service mindset with a positive, professional attitude. • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. • Experience using CRM or project management software (JobTread experience is a plus). • Previous experience in construction, home services, or project coordination is preferred but not required. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
