Environment • At Innovex Renovations, we work on high-end residential remodels: kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and whole-home renovations throughout Asheville NC and the surrounding area. • This is not production work. This is detailed remodeling where homeowners expect professionalism, clean sites, respectful communication, and strong execution. • Your day may include laying out framing, installing trim, coordinating materials, leading one to three team members, walking a homeowner through a question, solving a field condition, reading plans, or making sure the site is ready for the next trade. • You will work around people who care about craftsmanship, accountability, and getting better. We expect clean job sites, organized communication, and professional conduct in occupied homes. • This is a working leadership role. You will have tools on, but you will also be expected to lead. Responsibilities: • Perform skilled carpentry on kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and whole-home renovations. • Lead and support a small crew of 1–3 people. • Read and interpret plans, drawings, and project details. • Handle layout, framing, trim, finish carpentry, and problem solving in the field. • Communicate respectfully with homeowners, team members, and project leadership. • Keep job sites clean, safe, organized, and professional. • Identify issues early and help solve them without drama. • Hold yourself and others accountable to quality standards. Requirements: • 7+ years of carpentry or residential remodeling experience. • Strong layout, framing, and finish carpentry skills. • Ability to read plans and think ahead. • Experience leading other tradespeople or carpenters. • Professional communication skills. • Reliable transportation. • Personal hand tools. • Clean, organized, detail-oriented work habits. • Ability to work in occupied homes with respect and professionalism. • A calm, accountable, solution-focused mindset.
