The Opportunity • Start by knocking doors and setting appointments • Quickly advance into a closing role as you prove yourself • Average job value: $7,000 • Clear path to leadership and management roles • Unlimited earning potential based on performance Your Career Path Door Knocker / Setter (Weeks 1–2) • Earn 3% commission on every appointment you set that closes • Average close: $210 per deal • Focus on canvassing, scripts, and booking qualified appointments • Training pay: For the first two weeks, earn training pay of $500 when you meet attendance expectations.
