The mission For 20+ years, The Home Living Company team has helped Bay Area homeowners fall back in love with the spaces they live in — premium outdoor shading and custom interior window treatments, designed from the homeowner forward. You're the one who starts that. You knock, you connect, you turn a conversation on a doorstep into a happier home. Simpler products you close on the spot. On larger, design-driven projects you qualify the opportunity and bring in a Design Consultant to finish the sale beside you. Either way, it's your deal, and you're in on every win. The work itself Canvass assigned neighborhoods and represent us at community events. Build fast, genuine rapport with homeowners — and earn the right to the next conversation. Close simpler products at the door; qualify bigger projects and team up with a Design Consultant to close. Generate referrals, follow up relentlessly, and own your territory and schedule through our field software. Obtain and keep the required solicitor's/sales permit in each city you work. What we sell Retractable awnings, exterior solar shades, rolling shutters, gutter protection, and outdoor lighting — plus custom window treatments and plantation shutters inside. You'll master each line and know exactly which to close on-site and which call for a Design Consultant. Who makes it here You start conversations with strangers without flinching. A "no" doesn't slow you down — it sets up the next yes. You're self-disciplined enough to run your own day, and team-minded enough to want everyone around you to win. You're coachable, hungry to master multiple product lines, and sharp enough to represent us anywhere — a doorstep or a networking room. You're comfortable with commission-based, performance-driven income. Unbridled confidence, paired with a humble servant's heart. You have a reliable vehicle, valid license, current insurance, and a smartphone. This is a high-performance role for serious salespeople. Not entry-level. Not for everyone. What you'll earn Target earnings of $100,000+, with strong performers reaching $200,000. 5-10% commission, paid the same pay period the sale is made and the contract is signed and approved.
