Badger Gutters Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, commission-only Sales Representative to help grow our business. In this role, you will proactively generate leads, engage with prospective clients, deliver estimates, close sales, and follow through to ensure customer satisfaction. You will represent Badger Gutters in your territory, embodying our brand promise of reliability, transparency, and excellent workmanship. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect for new business through outbound sales techniques: cold calling, door knocking, referrals, networking, direct mail, and digital outreach. - Follow up on inbound leads (requests for estimates) to convert into sales. - Conduct in-person appointments/inspections: assess existing gutter systems, identify issues like leaks, blockages, structural damage, need for guards, etc. - Prepare and present estimates: recommend solutions (repair, cleaning, replacement, guards) tailored to client’s needs & budget. - Close sales and meet or exceed sales targets. - Maintain accurate records: client contacts, proposals, follow-up, sales pipeline. - Coordinate with operations/installation teams to ensure customer expectations are met post-sale. - Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction and referrals.
