We’re looking for an Account Manager who thrives on client interaction, organization, and helping businesses succeed. What You’ll Do: -Onboard and manage client accounts, ensuring home service businesses succeed with our hiring platform -Serve as the main point of contact for business owners, guiding them through hiring funnels and best practices -Build strong relationships with clients and keep them engaged through video calls and ongoing support -Use CRM tools such as HubSpot to manage accounts, track activity, and stay organized -Collaborate with our internal team to deliver results and continually improve the client experience Compensation & Benefits: -Base salary: $60K-$80K per year -Variable compensation opportunities (earnings can go higher with performance) -Equity opportunities based on experience -Fully remote and flexible role Why Join HireBus?
