P1 Master Plumber - Division Lead First String Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is hiring a P1 Master Plumber - Division Lead in Greenwich, CT, with a base salary of $155,000 to $179,000, plus an uncapped quarterly bonus tied to net profit margins, profit sharing, and a vesting equity schedule. This is a founding leadership role where you start in the field setting standards, then move into full managerial leadership once the division reaches five service technicians. You won't just build this division — you'll own a piece of its upside.
