DAPrDAN is scheduling interviews now for elite service-centric Home Maintenance Rockstars in Skagit, Island, Snohomish and King Counties -- Washington, USA. This is a full time Monday-Thursday position (4 Days x 10 hours/Day - Fridays Optional for Overtime). The compensation will start at $20-$25/hour based on work experience, with tremendous potential for increased pay. Here is what we have to offer you: You will be trained to clean windows, skylights, screens, gutters, siding, roofs, decks, patios, driveways, fences, solar panels, dryer vents, etc. the DAPrDAN way. You will also be trained to service our customers with our traditional holiday lighting products. You will be trained in safety, customer service, and how to sell our flagship product, the Home Care Plan. Our mentorship program will get you up to speed quickly, all while making friends and becoming a critical member of our team. It’s up to you how fast you advance in our company. You will be trained in DAPrDAN's culture so you can become a positive influence on our awesome team, and so that our team can influence you and help you succeed at work and in your personal life. You will start as an Assistant Field Technician and will be paid an hourly rate ranging from $20-$25/hour based on work experience. Your goal will be to quickly become a Lead Technician, where you can earn $25-35+/hour consistently. At this stage, other lucrative benefits will kick in. The best of our technicians will rapidly graduate to a coveted Managing Technician position. Managing Technicians consistently earn over $35/hour and have access to other awesome perks. Our Managing Technicians are LEADERS. They love their jobs, they love training their technicians and they love serving our customers. They love DAPrDAN. They work very hard, but get to work outside every day without someone standing over their shoulders, and they have tremendous control over their schedule. Most trainees reach the next level of Field Technician within 3 months. Top performers can reach Lead Technician, or Managing Technician status very quickly, though this also depends on overall company growth.
